I created this for the version of me
who needed it...


The version of me who was learning how to feel, how to express…and how to come back to herself. And truthfully, a big part of that journey was shaped by loss.

Losing my father- someone I loved deeply, someone who understood me to my core, was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever experienced. His absence forced me to sit with parts of myself I had never fully met before.

It softened me. It broke me open. And in many ways…it brought me back to myself. This experience was created from that space.

Not from having it all figured out…but from learning how to hold myself through it. If you’re navigating your own emotions, your own healing, your own return…I want you to know you’re not alone in that.
