It’s important that you learn to honor all of Your emotions.
Anger, sadness, disappointment & fear all need to be honored the same way that we try to experience Happiness.
The emotions are all a part of the human experience. Your emotions should be honored and experienced to their full extent, and truly understood before letting them go.
For the record, I’m not saying that you need to ACT on these emotions. But what I am saying is that they need to be acknowledged and respected.
This is how you become stronger spiritually. By allowing yourself to be in the moment and to take the time to truly understand the source of your emotions.
Without experiencing all of these emotions to their fullest extent, we can’t truly appreciate them to their fullest extent. It’s really that simple. Love you. Until next time.
