Creating a Mindful Ritual Rituals are practices created with a conscious intention in mind, and performed in a consistent or ritualistic manner. By creating a mindful ritual, we consistently show up in a mindful state and show appreciation to the universe.

Take the time to carve out an ideal Mindful Ritual that works well for you and your goals. It could be as simple as having your “gratitude coffee” every morning or a “gratitude tea” before bed. Maybe it’s the few moments you walk around the house watering your plants. It can be those few minutes you get in the car to yourself after dropping the kids off at school. 

It doesn’t really matter what the practice is itself. It’s all in the INTENT of creating the ritual.Find a practice that you already do, and re-write the association behind it to that of mindfulness.
